Ride Shocks for the 2016–2023 Toyota Tacoma (3rd Gen) are weight-specific suspension systems engineered around this generation's unique geometry and payload figures. Whether your 3rd Gen Tacoma is bone stock or built out with a bumper, tent, and full skid plate armor, our shocks are pre-tuned to match your exact accessory weight.

3RD GEN FITMENT NOTES
Front coilovers provide 1.5–2" of adjustable lift and rear shocks cover a 1–2.5" range. Complete 3rd Gen stage kits include front coilovers, rear shocks, Deaver leaf springs (five weight ranges, 9-leaf or 10-leaf, 5160 American-made high-carbon steel), AccuTune Offroad tubular upper control arms, and a U-Bolt Flip Kit with bump stop — all shipped together and guaranteed compatible. Fits 285/70R17 tires on 17x9 wheels with 4.5" backspacing with no cab mount chop required.

Every 3rd Gen Ride Shock ships with our 12-click Dual Piston Adjuster (DPA) for independent high-speed and low-speed compression control. Both adjusters start fully open at the softest setting — turn low-speed up to settle bounce over rolling terrain, or high-speed up when running loaded through whoops and washboard. Adjustments are hand-only; never use tools.
