KDSS COMPATIBILITY
4Runners equipped with the Kinetic Dynamic Suspension System (KDSS) require specific shock configurations and spacers to function correctly at lifted heights. Our KDSS-compatible packages include everything needed and are clearly marked. If unsure whether your 4Runner has KDSS, look for hydraulic tubes along the front lower control arms.

Ride Shocks rear coil springs in 0–1.5" and 0–2.5" lift heights, in multiple weight ranges. Always match springs to your rear shock's rated lift height specification — never mix lift specifications.

Do I need UCAs for my 4Runner lift?

For lifts over 2" or when using extended travel coilovers, aftermarket UCAs are strongly recommended. Our complete kits include AccuTune Offroad UCAs.
