Every shock ships weight-tuned to your exact Tacoma configuration, from a stock work truck to a 2nd Gen loaded with a steel bumper, roof top tent, and drawer system.

2ND GEN FITMENT NOTES
Front coilovers deliver 1.5–2" of adjustable lift, and rear shocks cover a 1–2.5" range — select the correct weight range based on your trim and total accessory load to stay within these limits. Complete 2nd Gen kits pair front coilovers and rear shocks with Deaver leaf springs (5160 high-carbon American-made steel, available in 9-leaf and 10-leaf configurations across five weight ranges), AccuTune Offroad tubular UCAs, and a U-Bolt Flip Kit with bump stop, all guaranteed to work together and fit 285/70R17 tires on 17x9 wheels with 4.5" backspacing — no cab mount chop required.

Every 2nd Gen Ride Shock includes our Dual Piston Adjuster (DPA), giving you 12-click independent control over high-speed and low-speed compression. Both adjusters ship fully open at the softest setting, so you can fine-tune ride quality by hand as your build evolves.
