Lead Time & Delivery

We do not guarantee shipping or arrival dates. We do our best to keep all items in inventory for shipment in 1-2 business days. Please call or email to get updates on your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We will accept returns & exchanges within 6 months of customer receiving the product.
Customers have 30 days from the date of shipment to report problems such as lost or damaged packages. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, no exceptions. If original payment transaction has expired then we will mail a check.

All Returns:

  • Products which have been installed or used are no longer new.
  • Product must be in new and unused condition – free from defects or wear.
  • Original packaging must be included and undamaged.
  • Prior return authorization must be provided.

Free Shock Re-Valve:

  • One free re-valve is included with the purchase of new shocks purchased directly from Ride Shocks (*excludes clearance shocks).
  • Free re-valve is offered to original purchaser only.
  • This one free re-valve is for the main shock body valving only (*this does not include the adjuster valving).
  • All re-valving must be performed at Ride Shocks.
  • Customer is responsible for paying shipping both ways.
  • Customer is responsible for any additional work needed.
  • Free re-valve will be voided if shock valving has been altered in any way.
  • Customer will need to pay full price to have shocks re-tuned.

Standard Products:

  • Standard products are those which have not been customized in any way.
  • These products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • All original packaging must be included.
  • Customer is responsible for paying return shipping.

Online Product Images:

  • Product images shown online are for reference only and may not be the current color or style.
  • If you are concerned about product style or sticker color, please call us to verify.


  • Sales of all services are final, refunds are not available.
  • Ride Shocks is not responsible for scratches or damage caused during rebuild.

Free Shipping Policy:

Select products and orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.

  • Free shipping is only to the lower contiguous 48 states.
  • Shipping method is at our discretion.
  • Free shipping costs may be deducted from refund if items are returned.
  • Returns & exchanges will not receive free shipping.
  • Orders for spring swapping & valve disk swapping do not qualify for free shipping.

Shock Valving Policy

Ride Shocks does not provide customers with valving data. In order to protect the company and its techniques, we do not share details on the tuning we offer. Shock valving is very complex and is one of the unique features that separates Ride Shocks from other retailers. Providing tuning data in the past has only led to more questions, or others trying to mimic what we are trying to accomplish. We are in business to provide customers the entire shock package, tuned for their preference. We take great pride in making sure customers have the best tuned shocks possible, which is why we offer one free re-valve. We want to make sure you are happy, if you are not satisfied with the performance of your shocks please contact Ride Shocks and we will help figure out a solution.

Articles & Calculators:

Significant effort is put into the quality of our articles and calculators but they are subject to errors.

  • All materials are for reference only, customer is responsible for verifying their accuracy.
  • Ride Shocks is not responsible for the accuracy of articles or calculators.
  • One size does not fit all, customers should assess whether information is relevant to them.
  • Information is for off-road only, we do not sell products or make recommendations for on-road use.
  • Modifications made to your vehicle are at your own risk.

Pricing & Checkout

  • Mistakes happen and we may not honor incorrect pricing.
  • Sales for items found to have incorrect pricing may not be honored.
  • Cart and checkout errors such as incorrect subtotal, tax and shipping calculations may be corrected, and customer is responsible for the full correct amount.
  • In the event there is an error customers will be contacted quickly.
  • We are not responsible for honoring pricing found to be incorrect.
  • Sale Estimates expire after 30 days.


Any Brand, other than Ride Shocks:

Non Ride Shocks branded products sold by Ride Shocks may carry a warranty covered by the product manufacturer. Before ordering, we recommend reviewing the product(s) warranty on their website. All warranty related claims of non Ride branded products shall be handled directly with the manufacturer; Ride Shocks assumes no responsibility for defective and or faulty products. All shipping or other costs associated with the removal or return of defective and or faulty products are the purchaser’s responsibility and will not be covered by AccuTune Offroad.

Ride Shocks Product Warranty

Ride Shocks offers a limited time warranty for products manufactured by Ride Shocks. This warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Shock service work and suspension installation labor performed by AccuTune Offroad is warrantied for 90 days, after this period they are considered a wear item and will not be covered under warranty. 


To the original retail purchaser, Ride Shocks offers a 3 year / 50K mile warranty on all hard parts and wearable items as described below. If you have any failure that affects the use or integrity of the product, as confirmed by Ride Shocks, we will replace that part and cover ground shipping to get it to you. “3 Year/50K miles” based on whichever occurs first.


To the original retail purchaser, Ride Shocks offers a limited lifetime warranty, guaranteeing all its products are free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as that purchaser owns the vehicle on which such products were originally installed. Warranty coverage does not include consumer opinions about such areas as ride comfort, fitment, and design.

“Wearable items” includes items like: Heim Joints, Bearings, Bushings, Seals, Springs. Ride Shocks will cover items that have been well maintained and are free of contamination, damage, or wear due to improper use or installation, for the first 3 years/50k miles, whichever comes first. 3 years/50k miles based on retail customer receipt.

Product Finish Warranty:  Ride Shocks products may be examined for warranty consideration within 12 months from the date of purchase. Exclusions include, but are not limited to, damage caused by tools, road debris, trail use, general maintenance, salty/corrosive environments, etc.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply to products characterized by one or more of the following:

  • Products that have been subject to abuse, neglect, accident, fire, improper installation or adjustment, and corrosion.
  • Products that have been modified or altered outside of or beyond Ride Shocks or AccuTune Offroad specifications.
  • Products used on an application other than what’s recommended on the current Ride Shocks or AccuTune Offroad website or in the instructions accompanying the Ride Shocks product.
  • Products that are used for competition, racing or stunt activities.
  • Products that wear out or fail due to the use of larger wheels or tires are not covered under this warranty by Ride Shocks.
  • In a situation where a Ride Shock product is found to contain a defect in material or workmanship within the stated warranty period (unless caused by one or more of the above stated conditions), Ride Shocks, at its option, will either replace the product or repair the product. 
  • Only Ride Shocks can approve or deny a warranty request.
  • Proof of purchase including Customer Name, Purchase date, vehicle mileage, product number and price paid are required for all warranties. Be sure to register your product upon receiving.
  • Photos of product are required as well.
  • If a warranty is approved, Ride Shocks will replace or repair the product and cover ground shipping at no cost to you. If we require the warranty part to be returned, we will send you a shipping label to return the product at no cost to you as well.
    Expedited Freight charges, installation cost, labor cost, damage to related components, cost incurred due to down time of vehicle, normal wear and tear, lost profits and incidental or consequential damages are not covered under this lifetime warranty. This Limited Lifetime Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state. There are no warranties expressed or implied (including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness), which extend beyond this Limited Lifetime Warranty described herein. To make a claim under this Limited Lifetime Warranty, purchaser must contact AccuTune Offroad by email with a brief description of the issue along with photos. [email protected]

  • Racing use
  • Incorrect installation
  • Abnormal strain, neglect, abuse or misuse
  • Accident or collision damage
  • Modification of original parts
  • Lack of proper maintenance
  • Shipping damages or loss (purchase of full value shipping insurance is recommended)
