If our shock’s performance is not up to your expectations within the first 30 days of receiving shocks, we are happy to take the shocks back for a free re-valve or provide a full refund.
To initiate a 30-Day Money Back return, please contact our Customer Service representatives so we can diagnose your concerns and offer a solution. Please have your proof of purchase including the order number ready when you call Ride Shocks at 619-810-9740.
Terms & Conditions
- 30 Day period starts when the product has been shipped. This date can be found on your invoice.
- Affirm is not a participating vendor. Affirm orders are not eligible for the 30 Day Money Back offer.
- The 30-Day Money Back offer is honored within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. International orders are not eligible for the 30 Day Money Back offer.
- Ride Shocks products must have been purchased through Ride Shocks or AccuTune Offroad directly.
- Third party installation/labor costs are nonrefundable.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Product must be sent back in original packaging and include all mounting hardware, mounting brackets and mounting hardware.
- Shocks cannot have been tampered with.
- To be eligible for a full refund, product must be received back undamaged and like-new condition.
- Refunds are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee.
