Technical Questions
How do I choose the correct shocks for my vehicle?
Each shock part number is tuned to work within a certain weight range. To help you determine the front and rear weight of your vehicle, please refer to the Shock Fitment Guide [Click here for details].
What if my vehicles weight range is not on the shock fitment guide?
If you do not see shocks that suit your vehicles weight, please contact our sales professionals and we will do our best to accommodate your specific situation. [email protected]
What if my vehicle weight changes over the next year, can you re-valve them?
If your vehicle weight changes significantly, the shocks likely need to be revalved to accommodate the extra weight. In this situation, we are happy to take the shocks back and revalve them. Please see our Terms & Conditions for details.
Do I need an alignment after new shocks are installed?
We always recommend getting an alignment after installing new shocks. The change in lift can drastically change your toe settings, so take it to a professional to get it set correctly.
