Ride Shocks Warranty

At Ride shocks we take pride in our workmanship and the products we deliver to you as the end user. If for any reason you as the end user are unhappy with our products please reach out to Ride Shocks. We strive to ensure that you receive and continue to have both the best product and best service possible. 

Terms and Conditions
Ride Shocks are warrantied against defects in workmanship and material to the original consumer/end user for a period of 3 Years from the date of purchase or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the Product only. The warranty is valid as long as the original retail purchaser owns the vehicle upon which the Product is originally installed. This warranty is not transferable or assignable. The warranty does not apply to Product bought from auction-style or price-bid websites. (examples include, but not limited to  eBay, Facebook Marketplace.) 

Please retain your proof of purchase. Original proof of purchase for the Product must accompany any warranty claim. If you have a warranty claim, please fill our a Warranty Claim Form. All claims must be submitted within 30 days of discovery of a defective product, but in no event later than thirty days after the end of the applicable Warranty Period. Warranty claims made after the Warranty Notice Period are null and void and Ride Shocks shall have no responsibility with respect to such claims.

Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation, so this may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

Exclusions to the Warranty

• Misuse, abuse, accidents, vandalism, negligence, fire, improper installation, modifications (example: removing shock boots voids warranty)
• Failure to comply with any product documentation, Install Instructions/Guides
• Use or damage resulting in breakage (including without limitation, spontaneous breakage, accidental breakage or breakage by any other means) of a product or any component part
• Improper servicing of the product and or lack of maintenance
• Appearance blemishes or defects on products that have been installed
• Plating, anodizing, and other coatings used are warranted to be free from defects at time of sale only. They may degrade over time depending on environmental conditions beyond the control of Ride Shocks. Use of heavy cleaning agents such as acid based cleaners and polishes can affect Plating finish and the end user will assume all risk and liability. Please research the proper cleaner prior to using on Ride Shocks products
• Products installed and used in Motorsports Racing and any form of competition are not covered under general warranty coverage
• Normal wear and tear from use

Your Sole Remedy
During the applicable warranty period, Ride Shocks shall, at its option, either repair or replace any Product that it confirms, in its discretion, is non-compliant with the warranties herein. Ride Shocks will not pay for labor charges associated with installation or removal of the Product. Should a specific Product be discontinued, Ride Shocks may, at its option, replace the discontinued Product with a current product or like product. If Ride Shocks opts to repair or replace your Product as set forth herein, Ride Shocks shall use reasonable efforts to match any replacement to the color and texture of your existing Product. There is no guarantee however, that Ride Shocks will be able to match the color or texture. We will do the best we can to match as closely as possible.
